The creator actually spent time designing all the major structures in Creative mode so they look incredibly detailed, but they perfectly converted the map back to survival mode with achievements left on. This means you can just load it up and start earning trophies immediately like it's a completely normal, legit save file.

Buying a super cheap, abandoned house out in the middle of nowhere is basically the ultimate horror movie mistake, but that's exactly how this map sets you up. You play as someone who completely ignored all the local ghost rumors just to score a really good deal on a massive piece of property.
